As part of the Migration Department’s compliance with the current legislation, all application forms have been revised and updated.
Please note that from 2 April 2026 onwards, only the revised and updated versions of the forms will be accepted.
To avoid any inconvenience when submitting applications, all interested parties are requested to submit only the revised forms, as published on the website of the Migration Department.
