The Cyprus Immigration Permit Category A is available to individuals who intend to work as self-employed in agriculture, animal husbandry, poultry farming or fish farming in Cyprus. Applicants must meet the applicable land, capital and economic requirements established under Cyprus immigration legislation.

Land Requirement
Applicants must have adequate land in Cyprus or permission to acquire land for the intended self-employed agricultural activity.
Capital Requirement
Applicants must have approximately €430,000 in capital fully and freely available to them, or such lesser amount as may be determined by the Immigration Control Committee.
Economic Impact Requirement
The proposed self-employed activity must not negatively affect the general economy of Cyprus.
