This applies to people who want to be self-employed in a trade or profession in the country.
To qualify:
They must have the proper license for their trade or profession.
They must have about €260,000 (or less, if approved by the Immigration Control Committee) available to use freely.
Their work must not harm the country’s overall economy.

Residence permit (if applies).
CV.
Business Plan.
Income tax returns in the Republic (if applies).
Social Insurance Statement in the Republic (if applies).
VAT Registration Certificate in the Republic (if applies).
Bank Accounts Statements in the Republic.
Documents proving sufficient funds needed for the implementation of the proposed business.
Certificate of Incorporation of the Company by the Registrar of Companies.
Certificate of Shareholders of the Company by the Registrar of Companies
Title of ownership or rental agreement
Title of ownership or rental agreement of the commercial property.
Criminal Record Certificate.
Marriage Certificate.
Children’s Birth Certificates.
