The Cyprus authorities may assess the intention of the applicant and the applicant’s family members to reside permanently in Cyprus.
Cyprus Category F Income Requirements
The secured annual income required for Category F should be at least €9,568 for the main applicant and an additional €4,613 for every dependent person.
The income may include pensions, dividends from shares, interest from fixed deposits, rental income and other eligible sources of income from abroad.
The applicant and the applicant’s family members are not permitted to engage in business, trade or profession in Cyprus under Category F.

Bank Accounts Statements in the Republic (original)
Title of ownership or contact of sale and proof of payment of the property or rental agreement (original or true copy)
Declaration of a secured annual income (original documents and affidavit)

Original Criminal Record Certificate for the applicant and his/her spouse, duly certified and officially translated (if the applicant resides abroad, the certificate must be issued from his/her country of residence)

Marriage Certificate duly certified and officially translated (original or certified сору)

Children's Birth Certificates dully certified and officially translated (original or certified copy).

Cyprus Category F Immigration Permit Validity
- The right of residence under a Category F Immigration Permit is of unlimited validity for the holder and his/her adult dependants.
- The residence permit card, however, has an expiry date of ten years from the date of its issuance and must be replaced upon expiry.
- A residence permit issued to an underage dependant is valid until the age of 18.
