Procedures

Eligible dependents include the spouse, children up to 30 years old, parents and grandparents aged 55 and above, and unmarried siblings. Future spouses and children of dependents may also be eligible, subject to program rules.
Applicants must be 18 years or older, have a clean criminal record, maintain a positive visa history, meet health requirements, and successfully pass enhanced due diligence, including a mandatory virtual interview for applicants aged 16 and above.
