Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC):
- Min. USD 250,000 (non-refundable) for a single applicant.

Real Estate Purchase:
- Min. USD 325,000 in an approved project (hold for 7 years).

Private Home Purchase:
- Min. USD 600,000 for an approved private dwelling (hold for 7 years).

Public Benefit Option (PBO):
- Min. USD 250,000 contribution to an approved public benefit project.
Procedures
The Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) meticulously reviews all applications. A mandatory virtual interview for the main applicant and dependents aged 16 and over is required to ensure the highest standards of due diligence.
