People of Cypriot descent born before August 16, 1960 (M124)
Eligibility
This application can be submitted by adults of Cypriot origin, born before 16 August 1960, who are British citizens or citizens of any Commonwealth state and have completed at least one year of legal residence in the Republic of Cyprus.
Application Process
Submit the application in two copies with the supporting documents to the District Office.
The application must be signed by the applicant and a registrar of the Cypriot court.
After acquiring Cypriot citizenship, the applicant may submit a request for an identity card and passport.
Supporting documents:
Original criminal record.
Passport of the applicant.
Birth certificate of the applicant.
Proof of Cypriot origin (e.g., IDs, birth certificates of parents).
