Eligibility Requirements

Marriage Duration:

You must have been married for at least 3 years.

For Spouses Living Abroad:

  • If you live outside Cyprus, you can apply after 3 years of marriage.
  • You must explain why you want Cypriot citizenship.
  • If you have been married for 5 years and have at least one child, no explanation is needed.

Residency in Cyprus:
